REIKI in Japanese means  “UNIVERSAL COSMIC LIFE FORCE”. It is a focused energy for healing and well being.  Energy is transmitted by a reiki master using a very soft and gentle touch and also by using a “no contact” etheric touch. All Reiki sessions are 100% safe and non invasive. Reiki energy is intelligent and flows to the areas of the mind body and spirit where it is most needed and wherever there is pain. It helps support the body’s natural ability to heal and greatly speeds up the recovery rate of most ailments.  It is a very simple yet effective method of bringing healing and wellness to the Mind Body and Spirit. It can be transmitted in person or via long distance. There is no limit to the flow of energy. Reiki flows as it is most needed. The only prerequisite for the person receiving Reiki is to relax and to have the desire to be healed, the Reiki energy will do the rest. To learn Reiki you can do it either in person or via Long Distance or Long Distance Training on Skype.   Usui Reiki has three complete levels. 

LEVEL 1: Teaches you how to work with Reiki healing energy and how to do self healing treatments for yourself  and hands on healing for others. 

LEVEL 2: Teaches you how to do Long Distance Healing and how to work with specific aspects of Reiki for Increasing Energy, Emotional Healing, Karmic Healing, and Clearing away unwanted energies & attachements. 

LEVEL 3: Teaches you how to attune others & empower them to Reiki Energy. It also helps you to go deeper with your reiki practice.
