PENCAK SILAT SELF DEFENSE:  

(All Classes are 2 hours long)

8 Classes (2x a week) $100

12 Classes (3x a week) $150

CLASS RULES, POLICIES & GUIDELINES

1. There are absolutely no refunds on class tuition and registration fees.  It's the students responsibility to attend class and make the effort to train.  If a student is going to be out of town or they are sick then they can make up missed classes they had already paid for as long as they have contacted their instructors. 
2. Before starting any program with us, always consult with your physician.
3. Notify ALL INSTRUCTORS of any health conditions you may have (Spine Injuries, Dislocations, Contusions, Sprains, Etc)
4. Level I classes are open to Beginners & All Levels
5. Level II are ADVANCEDclasses you must have permission from instructor to attend these classes. 
6. Wear comfortable clothing that you can exercise and sweat in.
7. For Qi Gong class please bring comfortable walking shoes. 
8. If you really want to learn, bring a notebook and take notes.
9. If you are 15 minutes late and have not pre contacted the instructor do not bother to come in and interrupt class, the door will be locked.  Be 5 - 10 minutes early for class
10. Bring your own Yoga Mat & Towel
11. Be courteous to your fellow classmates and have good hygiene.  Also do not wear any synthetic colognes or perfumes to class (these things are distracting and sometimes toxic to the yoga practitioner)
12. Do not leave personal belongings overnight.  We will not be responsible if found missing. 
13. Martial art students please be courteous and show respect to your training partners and to your instructors.  Do not try to intentionally hurt anyone in class.  You will be expelled from training grounds if you are trying to intentionally hurt to any of your fellow martial art classmates.  
14. While training martial arts during actual class time please be respectful and address your instructor as Guru.  If you arrive late please do a formal salutation and quietly warm up on your own for 5 minutes and then join class.
